Posters should be maximum size A0 in portrait format (841 mm wide, 1189 mm high). The provided poster boards will be 1 meter wide. One poster is assigned to each board side.
Posters will be displayed during one conference day. The participants are asked to hang their posters the assigned day early in the morning and remove them in the afternoon after the last session.
The organization has reached an agreement with a printer in Santiago, close to the University Campus where the conference takes place (map). If interested, you can send your posters by email to lapices4@mundo-r.com and pick it up once you arrive to Santiago (store opening hours Mon – Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00).
Prices for the printing are 28€ for photographic paper and 38€ for foldable fabric.
